Tidal Wave Auto Spa is hiring a Team Leader in Pulaski, TN. This role focuses on delivering friendly customer service, supporting daily facility operations, and guiding customers through the car wash process.

You will help open/close the site, enroll members, prep vehicles, and assist with equipment maintenance. We offer growth opportunities, a strong benefits program, and a pathway to management within a fast-growing national brand.

Qualifications

• Ability to be on your feet for long hours.
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly & enthusiastic customer service.
• Assist in opening and closing the facility.
• Enroll customers in the Unlimited Car Wash Club.
• Prep vehicles before they go through the tunnel.
• Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
• Assist in regular maintenance of all equipment.
• Maintain the facility, including landscape maintenance & pressure washing.
