Tidal Wave Auto Spa is seeking a Team Leader in Morristown, TN to support daily operations and lead by example. You will oversee customer service, enrollment in the Unlimited Car Wash Club, and site opening/closing tasks.

Ideal candidates are 18+, have management experience, and can work in all weather. A drug screen and background check are required. Growth opportunities and a competitive commission-based pay structure are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older and have management experience.
• Drug Screen and Background Check Required per state guidelines.
• Flexible scheduling; part-time and full-time positions available.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly & enthusiastic customer service.
• Assist in opening and closing the facility.
• Enroll customers in our Unlimited Car Wash Club.
• Prep vehicles before they go through the tunnel.
• Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
• Assist in regular maintenance of all equipment.
