Job summary

Tidal Wave Auto Spa in Murfreesboro, TN is seeking a Team Leader to assist with daily facility operations and lead by example in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

You will help open/close the site, guide customers through the car wash, enroll members in the Unlimited Car Wash Club, and ensure equipment is maintained. Strong communication and reliability are key as you support management and help drive guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly & enthusiastic customer service.
• Assist in opening and closing the facility.
• Enroll customers in our Unlimited Car Wash Club.
• Prep vehicles before they go through the tunnel.
• Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
• Assist in regular maintenance of all equipment.
• Maintain the facility, which includes landscape maintenance & pressure washing, etc.
