Job summary

Tidal Wave Auto Spa in Clarksville, TN seeks a part-time Team Lead to guide daily site operations with a friendly, hands-on approach. You will model excellent service, help train staff, and support management in keeping the car wash running smoothly.

Responsibilities include opening/closing the facility, enrolling customers in the Unlimited Car Wash Club, prepping vehicles, guiding customers onto the tunnel conveyor, and performing routine maintenance.

Qualifications

• Friendly, responsible, and reliable
• Ability to be on your feet for long hours
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions
• At least 18 years of age
• Drug screen and background check required per state guidelines

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly & enthusiastic customer service.
• Assist in opening and closing the facility.
• Enroll customers in our Unlimited Car Wash Club.
• Prep vehicles before they go through the tunnel.
• Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
• Assist in regular maintenance of all equipment.
• Maintain the facility, including landscape maintenance & pressure washing.
