Tidal Wave Auto Spa is hiring a Team Leader in Omaha, NE. This role offers a starting pay of 17.00 USD per hour with opportunities for weekly commission and growth into management along a clear career path.

The environment is fast-paced, team-oriented, and customer focused. As a Team Leader you will supervise facility operations, greet guests, enroll customers in the Unlimited Car Wash Club, prep vehicles, guide them through the tunnel, and help maintain equipment and the premises.

Qualifications

• Friendly, responsible, and reliable demeanor.
• Ability to stand for long hours and work in all weather conditions.
• Must pass drug screen and background check; 18+.
• No formal education required for entry-level leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly & enthusiastic customer service.
• Assist in opening and closing the facility.
• Enroll customers in our Unlimited Car Wash Club.
• Prep vehicles before they go through the tunnel.
• Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
• Assist in regular maintenance of all equipment.
• Maintain the facility, including landscape maintenance & pressure washing.
