Job summary

Tidal Wave Auto Spa is seeking a Team Leader to help manage daily operations at our car wash facility. You will lead customer service, oversee openings and closings, enroll customers in the Unlimited Car Wash Club, and ensure smooth operations through the tunnel and maintenance tasks.

The role emphasizes friendly, reliable leadership, with opportunities for growth and a chance to earn weekly commissions in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older and have management experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly & enthusiastic customer service.
• Assist in opening and closing the facility.
• Enroll customers in our Unlimited Car Wash Club.
• Prep vehicles before they go through the tunnel.
• Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
• Assist in regular maintenance of all equipment.
• Maintain the facility, including landscape maintenance and pressure washing.
