Job summary

Tidal Wave Auto Spa in Omaha, NE is seeking a Team Leader to support daily site operations and lead a small team. You will role-model friendly service, assist with opening/closing, and engage customers in our Unlimited Car Wash Club.

We offer flexible scheduling, competitive hourly pay of $17 with the potential for weekly commissions and strong growth opportunities within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Friendly, responsible and reliable.
• Able to stand for long hours.
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
• Age 18 or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly & enthusiastic customer service.
• Assist in opening and closing the facility.
• Enroll customers in our Unlimited Car Wash Club.
• Prep vehicles before they go through the tunnel.
• Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
• Assist in regular maintenance of all equipment.
• Maintain the facility, which includes landscape maintenance & pressure washing.
