Job summary

Tidal Wave Auto Spa is seeking a Team Leader to manage the day-to-day operations at a busy site, while delivering outstanding customer service and supporting the management team. You’ll learn what it takes to run a car wash and build a path toward leadership within a fast-growing company.

The role offers competitive pay starting at 14.00 USD per hour, with opportunities for weekly commissions and both part-time and full-time positions.

Qualifications

• Friendly, responsible, and reliable in a team setting.
• Ability to be on your feet for long hours.
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
• Drug Screen and Background Check Required per state guidelines.
• At least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly & enthusiastic customer service.
• Assist in opening and closing the facility.
• Enroll customers in our Unlimited Car Wash Club.
• Prep vehicles before they go through the tunnel.
• Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
• Assist in regular maintenance of all equipment.
• Maintain the facility, which includes landscape maintenance & pressure washing, etc.
