Job summary

Tidal Wave Auto Spa is seeking a Team Leader to help manage daily operations and lead the front-line team at our car wash location in the United States. Starting pay is 15.00 USD per hour, with weekly commissions and opportunities for advancement.

The role emphasizes customer service, hands-on supervision, and hands-on maintenance. You’ll train teammates, ensure safety, and support management while delivering fast, high-quality car care in a team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and able to pass drug screen and background check.
• Able to stand for long hours and work in all weather.
• Flexible scheduling including part-time and full-time roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and enthusiastic customer service.
• Assist in opening and closing the facility.
• Enroll customers in the Unlimited Car Wash Club.
• Prep vehicles before they go through the tunnel.
• Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
• Assist in regular maintenance of equipment.
• Maintain the facility, including landscaping and pressure washing.
