Tidal Wave Auto Spa in Fargo, ND is hiring a Team Leader to support site operations and lead a fast-paced, customer-focused team. The starting pay rate is $16.00 per hour, with potential weekly commissions as the business grows and more responsibilities are taken on.

The role emphasizes friendly service, opening and closing the facility, and enrolling customers in the Unlimited Car Wash Club, while prepping vehicles and maintaining equipment.

Qualifications

• Friendly, responsible and reliable.
• Able to stand for long hours.
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
• Drug screen and background check required per state guidelines.
• At least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly & enthusiastic customer service.
• Assist in opening and closing the facility.
• Enroll customers in our Unlimited Car Wash Club.
• Prep vehicles before they go through the tunnel.
• Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
• Assist in regular maintenance of all equipment.
• Maintain the facility, including landscape maintenance & pressure washing.
