Job summary

Tidal Wave Auto Spa is hiring a Team Leader to help run the facility and its operations. This role offers a fast-paced, team-focused environment with growth toward management and a path to leadership within the company.

Starting pay is $17.00 per hour with opportunities for weekly commissions. Flexible schedules, both part-time and full-time, and strong development potential across a nationwide brand are offered.

Qualifications

• Friendly, Responsible, and Reliable!
• Ability to be on your feet for long hours at a time.
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
• Drug Screen and Background Check Required per state guidelines.
• At least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly & enthusiastic customer service.
• Assist in opening and closing the facility.
• Enroll customers in our Unlimited Car Wash Club.
• Prep vehicles before they go through the tunnel.
• Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
• Assist in regular maintenance of all equipment.
• Maintain the facility, which includes landscape maintenance & pressure washing, etc.
