Job summary

Tidal Wave Auto Spa is hiring a Team Leader to help run the facility and drive daily operations. You will lead a small team, deliver friendly customer service, and assist in opening/closing duties while promoting our Unlimited Car Wash Club.

This role offers growth opportunities within a fast-growing nationwide chain, with competitive hourly pay and options for full-time or part-time schedules.

• Ability to stand for long hours in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly & enthusiastic customer service.
• Assist in opening and closing the facility.
• Enroll customers in our Unlimited Car Wash Club.
• Prep vehicles before they go through the tunnel.
• Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
• Assist in regular maintenance of all equipment.
• Maintain the facility including landscape maintenance & pressure washing.
