Job summary

Tidal Wave Auto Spa is seeking a Team Leader to help manage the site’s facility and operations. This role offers opportunities to learn leadership and advance into management, with a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Key duties include customer service, opening/closing the facility, coaching customers through the car wash process, and contributing to maintenance and safety. 18+ and drug/background checks required; benefits and PTO are provided.

Qualifications

• Provide friendly, enthusiastic customer service.
• Able to be on your feet for long hours.
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly & enthusiastic customer service.
• Assist in opening and closing the facility.
• Enroll customers in our Unlimited Car Wash Club.
• Prep vehicles before they go through the tunnel.
• Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
• Assist in regular maintenance of all equipment.
• Maintain the facility, including landscape maintenance & pressure washing.
