Job summary

Tidal Wave Auto Spa is hiring a Team Leader to help manage a busy car wash site. This role offers a client-facing position with opportunities to lead a team and grow within the company.

Starting pay is $13.00 per hour, with a path to advancement in a fast-growing nationwide brand. Flexible scheduling and both part-time and full-time options are available, plus a benefits program after a qualifying period.

Qualifications

• Friendly, Responsible, and Reliable are required.
• Able to stand for long hours.
• Willing to work in all weather conditions.
• Drug Screen and Background Check Required per state guidelines.
• At least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly & enthusiastic customer service.
• Assist in opening and closing the facility.
• Enroll customers in the Unlimited Car Wash Club.
• Prep vehicles before they go through the tunnel.
• Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
• Assist in maintenance of equipment.
• Maintain the facility including landscape maintenance and pressure washing.
