Job summary

Tidal Wave Auto Spa is hiring a Team Leader to oversee daily operations at our car wash facility in the United States. You will lead and motivate a small team, deliver friendly customer service, and help manage the flow of vehicles through the tunnel.

The role offers flexible scheduling with both part-time and full-time options, and opportunities for growth as the company expands nationally.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to lead a small team and set a positive example.
• Able to stay on feet for extended periods and work in all weather.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly & enthusiastic customer service.
• Assist in opening and closing the facility.
• Enroll customers in our Unlimited Car Wash Club.
• Prep vehicles before they go through the tunnel.
• Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
• Assist in regular maintenance of all equipment.
• Maintain the facility, including landscape maintenance & pressure washing.
