Tidal Wave Auto Spa seeks a Team Leader in Texas to help run a busy car wash site and lead a friendly team. You will set an example by exceeding expectations and supporting management.

Responsibilities include excellent customer service, opening/closing duties, enrolling customers in the Unlimited Car Wash Club, vehicle prep, guiding customers onto the tunnel, and maintenance of equipment and the facility.

Qualifications

• Friendly, Responsible, and Reliable!
• Ability to be on your feet for long hours at a time.
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
• Drug Screen and Background Check Required per state guidelines.
• At least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly & enthusiastic customer service.
• Assist in opening and closing the facility.
• Enroll customers in our Unlimited Car Wash Club.
• Prep vehicles before they go through the tunnel.
• Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
• Assist in regular maintenance of all equipment.
• Maintain the facility, which includes landscape maintenance & pressure washing, etc.
