Tidal Wave Auto Spa in Alice, TX is seeking a Team Leader to help manage the facility and operations. You’ll lead by example with friendly service, assist with opening/closing, and guide customers through the tunnel as part of a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Friendly, responsible and reliable.
• Ability to be on your feet for long hours.
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
• Drug Screen and Background Check required per state guidelines.
• At least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and enthusiastic customer service.
• Assist in opening and closing the facility.
• Enroll customers in the Unlimited Car Wash Club.
• Prep vehicles before they go through the tunnel.
• Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
• Assist in regular maintenance of all equipment.
• Maintain the facility, including landscape maintenance and pressure washing.
