Job summary

Tidal Wave Auto Spa is seeking a Team Leader to assist with the facility and its operations. We offer a fast, fun, team-oriented environment with growth into management. You will lead by example, provide top-notch service, and help run a high-volume car wash facility.

Responsibilities include opening/closing the site, enrolling customers in the Unlimited Club, and maintaining equipment and grounds. Flexible hours and weekly commission opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Friendly, responsible and reliable team member.
• Must be 18 years of age and able to stand long hours.
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
• Drug screen and background check required per state guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly & enthusiastic customer service.
• Assist in opening and closing the facility.
• Enroll customers in our Unlimited Car Wash Club.
• Prep vehicles before they go through the tunnel.
• Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
• Assist in regular maintenance of all equipment.
• Maintain the facility, including landscape maintenance & pressure washing.
