Tidal Wave Auto Spa is seeking a Team Leader to help manage daily operations at our car wash facility. In this role, you will model strong customer service, assist with opening/closing duties, and guide customers through the tunnel while supporting the management team.

The position offers opportunities for growth within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with potential for weekly commission and flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly & enthusiastic customer service.
• Assist in opening and closing the facility.
• Enroll customers in our Unlimited Car Wash Club.
• Prep vehicles before they go through the tunnel.
• Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
• Assist in regular maintenance of all equipment.
• Maintain the facility, including landscape maintenance & pressure washing.
