Job summary

Tidal Wave Auto Spa is seeking a Team Leader to help manage daily operations at our Texas location. You will lead by example, deliver top-notch customer service, and support the management team in meeting performance goals.

The role offers flexible scheduling with both part-time and full-time options, potential for advancement, and a focus on developing leadership skills within a fast-paced, community-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Friendly, Reliable and responsible demeanor.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stay on feet for long hours and work in all weather.
• Willingness to undergo drug screen and background check.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly & enthusiastic customer service.
• Assist in opening and closing the facility.
• Enroll customers in our Unlimited Car Wash Club.
• Prep vehicles before they go through the tunnel.
• Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
• Assist in regular maintenance of all equipment.
• Maintain the facility including landscape and pressure washing.
