Job summary

Tidal Wave Auto Spa is hiring Team Leaders to help run high-volume car wash facilities. You will lead by example, provide outstanding customer service, and support day-to-day operations to keep the site running smoothly.

The role offers growth within a fast-growing national brand, with weekly commission opportunities and a benefits-included environment. Part-time and full-time options are available, with a focus on customer care and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Drug Screen and Background Check required per state guidelines.
• Friendly, Responsible and Reliable!
• Ability to be on your feet for long hours.
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly & enthusiastic customer service.
• Assist in opening and closing the facility.
• Enroll customers in our Unlimited Car Wash Club.
• Prep vehicles before they go through the tunnel.
• Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
• Assist in regular maintenance of all equipment.
• Maintain the facility, including landscape maintenance & pressure washing.
