Job summary

Republic Services is seeking an Associate Account Manager Team Lead to guide a team in retention activities and maintain a growing book of business. You will lead weekly planning, mentor new hires, and escalate issues to leadership while ensuring high-quality service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Experience with onboarding or mentoring is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and participate in weekly planning meetings and team huddles.
• Support escalation requests, case management, and onboarding of new hires.
• Provide mentorship and shadowing for internal candidates.
• Manage contract renewals and respond to cancellations per policy.
• Promote Republic Services products to increase customer penetration.
