You will mentor new hires, coordinate with supervisors, and use Salesforce to track activities, pricing changes, and renewals. This role emphasizes leadership, operational excellence, and high-quality customer service across our book of business.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
• Experience coordinating with teams to retain customers.
• Ability to onboard and mentor new hires.

Responsibilities

• Prepares agendas and actively participates in weekly planning meetings and team huddles.
• Support Supervisor with escalation requests, case management, and onboarding.
• Provide mentorship and shadowing to prospective internal candidates.
• Participate in focus groups for AAM feedback and ensure retention activities meet goals.
• Execute contractual re-signs to extend relationships and profitability.
• Respond to cancellation requests per escalation policy.
• Communicate pricing initiatives and support revenue opportunities.
• Utilize Salesforce daily to document calls, meetings, and proposals.
• Increase customer penetration by selling full product suite.
• Review weekly progress with Supervisor and status of key relationships.
