Job summary

Paylocity is seeking a Team Lead (Supervisor, Account Management) to provide operational guidance across a Client Services Team, supervising 6–10 Account Managers to ensure high client satisfaction. The role emphasizes monitoring performance, coaching, and handling escalated client issues to sustain service excellence.

You will coordinate workload, drive process improvements, and work with Leads to prioritize tasks for maximum impact. In-office role with no remote option based in Pittsford, NY.

Qualifications

• 2 years payroll, finance, or spend management with client services or support experience
• Experience handling escalations and at-risk client retention
• Proficient in SQL, MS Access or Excel

Responsibilities

• Monitor team performance and provide ongoing learning opportunities
• Coordinate work across the team and with Leads for maximum impact
• Directly engage clients on escalated issues and resolve them
• Plan, lead and execute cross-team work to improve efficiency
• Schedule and adjust workload to meet priorities and service levels
