Qualifications

• Proven experience handling escalations and at-risk client retention.

Responsibilities

• Monitor team performance (qualitative and quantitative) and coach the team.
• Coordinate workload and assignments across Account Managers for maximum impact.
• Engage with clients on escalated issues and provide guidance on HR/Payroll best practices.
• Identify process improvements and drive cross-team collaboration to improve service levels.
