Paylocity is seeking a Lead Client Services Operations role based in Rochester, NY. The position leads a team of Account Managers, driving client satisfaction and performance while coordinating learning, coaching and process improvements.

You will work on escalated client issues, implement improvements, and partner with leads to prioritize workloads. A Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in payroll/finance spend management are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required
• 2 years payroll, finance, or spend management with client services or support experience
• Successful experience in escalations and at risk client retention efforts
• Project Management experience
• Proficient in SQL, MS Access or Excel
• Operations experience

Responsabilités

• Lead a Client Services Team of approximately 6–10 Account Managers and monitor performance.
• Provide ongoing learning opportunities and coaching for team members.
• Coordinate work across the team and manage workload to meet service goals.
• Engage directly with clients on escalated issues to resolve them.
• Identify and facilitate process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
