Ben & Jerry's Shift Lead — Step up, lead the scoop squad, and make every shift sweet. Pay rate: $20-24 per hour (this includes tips).

Responsibilities

• Be the decision-maker on shift — own it from open to close
• Guide, motivate, and support your team through every rush
• Handle cash, deposits, and daily operations accurately
• Deliver standout guest service and resolve issues in the moment
• Run pre-shift huddles and keep communication clear
• Train and support new team members
• Hold the shop to its standards when the SM or AM is out
• Keep shifts running smoothly and step up when it counts
