Pay Rate: $21-25 (includes tips)

Responsibilities

• Be the decision-maker on shift – own it from open to close.
• Guide, motivate, and support your team through every rush.
• Handle cash, deposits, and daily operations accurately.
• Deliver standout guest service and resolve issues in the moment.
• Run pre‑shift huddles and keep communication clear.
• Train and support new team members.
• Hold the shop to its standards when the SM or AM is out.
• Keep shifts running smoothly and step up when it counts.
