Job summary

Ben & Jerry's Connecticut is seeking a Shift Lead to step up, lead the scoop squad, and make every shift sweet. You will be the decision-maker on shift, guide and support your team through rushes, and ensure smooth daily operations with accurate cash handling.

The role offers flexible schedules (nights and weekends), opportunities for leadership training, and a fun, values-driven workplace. Prior food/retail experience is a plus but not required.
