Job summary

Goodwill Brand is seeking a Team Lead to support daily store operations and help meet budget goals while upholding company standards. You will assist the Store Manager and Assistant Manager, handle opening/closing procedures, and ensure excellent customer service.

Responsibilities include daily bank deposits, stocking the register with adequate change, addressing customer and donor needs, resolving issues, and supervising store employees under the Store Manager.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in customer service industry and supervisory role.
• Must be able to obtain background clearances as required.

Job description

Job Purpose:
To assist the Store Manager and Assistant Manager with the day-to-day store operations and store performance in meeting or exceeding budget while operating in compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures. Responsible for opening/closing the store, daily bank deposits, keeping register stocked with the adequate change, addressing customer/donor needs/complaints.

Education:High School Diploma or GED preferred

Experience: Experience working in the Customer Service Industry and one year of supervisor experience or 6 months as a Goodwill Team Lead Trainee.

Clearances:Must be able to obtain acceptable results for required background checks, including Act 151 Pennsylvania Child Abuse History Clearance, Pennsylvania Criminal History Check and Department of Human Services- FBI Fingerprints.

Supervision Received:The Team Lead functions under the direct supervision of the Store Manager.

Supervision Exercised:The Team Lead Supervisor will supervise store employees.
