Rally House is seeking a Team Captain to guide the store team with energy and urgency, directing shifts, coaching teammates, and ensuring an engaging guest experience. This role focuses on leadership, service excellence, and operational execution across merchandising and service areas.

The Team Captain drives daily tasks, supports onboarding, and maintains high standards to keep guests excited about local sports and team events, while contributing to a vibrant, fast-paced retail atmosphere.

Competenze

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1-2 years of retail experience.
• Availability to work 10 to 20 hours per week including daytime, nights, weekends, holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Mansioni

• Onboard and train new team members.
• Provide in-the-moment coaching and feedback to team members.
• Prioritize and delegate tasks during shifts to ensure execution.
• Serve as a go-to resource for basic operational questions.
• Validate completion of daily operational routines.
• Lead floor coverage to ensure service and guest focus.
• Reinforce the Party service model and behaviors.
• Handle escalated guest concerns with professionalism and care.
