Job summary

Rally House is looking for a Team Captain to lead the Buffalo store floor, energizing the team and ensuring exceptional guest experiences during shifts.

You will coach teammates, manage daily operations, and uphold merchandising and service standards while supporting events and promotions for local sports fans. This role is a part-time, on-site position requiring availability across days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• 1–2 years of retail experience.
• Availability to work 10 to 20 hours per week including daytime, nights, weekends, holidays, and featured local sports events.

Responsibilities

• People: Onboard and train new team members; maintain high-energy store culture; provide in-the-moment coaching and feedback.
• Operations: Prioritize and delegate tasks during shifts; serve as a go-to resource for basic operational questions; validate completion of daily routines.
• Merchandising: Lead recovery, replenishment, and fixture resets; maintain merchandising standards; guide teammates on visual standards.
• Service: Lead the floor to ensure service coverage; reinforce the Party service model; handle escalated customer concerns with professionalism.
• Results: Drive sales during shifts through guest focus and urgency; coach team members to maximize guest opportunities; support promotions and events.
