Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1–2 years of retail experience.
• Availability to work 10–20 hours per week including daytime, nights, weekends, holidays, and local sports events.
• Ability to stand, walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and train new team members.
• Maintain a high-energy, high-commitment store culture.
• Model service behaviors and standards with coaching and feedback.
• Provide in-the-moment coaching to teammates.
• Prioritize and delegate tasks during shifts to ensure execution.
• Serve as a go-to resource for basic operational questions.
