DICK'S Sporting Goods is hiring for a Team Captain – Endzone & Loyalty. You will deliver fast, friendly checkout experiences while building athlete relationships that drive retention.

You will lead loyalty initiatives, coach teammates, and contribute to 30-60-90 day planning with store leadership, ensuring strong customer engagement and compliant operations in a dynamic retail environment.

Formación

• Previous retail/customer-facing experience.
• Previous people leadership experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver outstanding athlete experiences by assisting customers and providing product information.
• Uphold merchandising and presentation standards including floor sets, signage, and inventory.
• Promote loyalty programs, warranty sales, and private label card enrollment.
• Assist with staffing, scheduling, and operational planning to meet budgets and goals.
