Job summary

DICK'S Sporting Goods is seeking a Team Captain – Endzone & Loyalty to lead the athlete experience in-store. You will coach teammates, drive engagement in loyalty programs, and deliver fast, friendly checkout while building athlete relationships.

You will collaborate with store leadership to plan staffing, manage daily operations, and maintain high standards of service. Previous leadership in retail is preferred and you’ll help develop a strong team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of experience in retail or customer service.
• Previous retail/customer-facing experience required.
• Previous people leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding athlete experiences by providing clear, accurate product information.
• Help develop and execute 30–60–90 day plans with store management.
• Lead scheduling, staffing, and store operations to meet goals.
• Build a strong team through hiring, training, and coaching.
• Enforce safety, loss prevention and SOPs, ensuring policy compliance.
