• Follow floor sets, signage, price changes and inventory presentation standards.
• Promote loyalty programs and services to drive engagement and retention.
• Contribute to 30-60-90 day plans to support department priorities with management.
• Lead and coach teammates; ensure safety, policy compliance and smooth operations.
