Rally House is seeking a Team Captain to guide store teams on the floor, set the pace during shifts, and energize the guest experience. You will influence others through example, communication, and urgency, ensuring service standards and merchandising excellence across the store.

Responsibilities include onboarding, coaching, prioritizing tasks, handling operational questions, and supporting promotions and events to drive sales.

• Serve as a go-to resource for basic operational questions
• Validate completion of daily operational routines
• Escalate operational risks and gaps to leadership quickly
• Lead recovery, replenishment, and fixture resets during shifts
• Ensure merchandising standards are maintained and guide teammates on visual placement
• Lead the floor to ensure service coverage and prioritize guests
• Handle escalated customer concerns with professionalism
• Drive sales during assigned shifts and coach teams to maximize opportunities
• Support execution of promotions, events, and local sports activities
