Job summary
Community Servings is seeking a TK Program Manager in Jamaica Plain, MA, to lead the Teaching Kitchen workforce development program. You will oversee day-to-day operations, staff, partnerships, and participant outcomes to ensure high-quality service delivery and successful training completion.
Reporting to the Chief Program Officer, you will drive continuous improvement, ensure compliance with funding requirements, and collaborate across departments to align program activities with
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
- 3–5 years in workforce development/nonprofit programming.
- 2+ years supervisory or program leadership experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the Teaching Kitchen program to ensure high-quality service delivery and participant success.
- Monitor program performance and outcomes, using data to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Supervise Teaching Kitchen staff and foster a collaborative, inclusive team culture.
- Coordinate participant orientations, graduations, and other program activities.
- Collaborate with Nutrition Services, Production Kitchen, Delivery, and other departments to align activities.
