Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Lead restaurant launch planning, including timelines, budgeting, and coordination for pre-launch and launch phases.
  • Oversee day-to-day front- and back-of-house operations; recruit, hire, schedule, and evaluate staff including individuals with disabilities.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive training program for workers with disabilities; design documentation and assessment tools.
  • Collaborate with partners to recruit program participants and employees; ensure ADA compliance and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Build relationships with funders, vendors, and community supporters; manage ongoing operations and financial performance.
