Job summary

Cassia is seeking a Health Unit Coordinator to join our Buffalo, MN facility. You will enter physician orders accurately, schedule appointments and transportation, and maintain electronic medical records to ensure census accuracy.

You will provide ongoing customer service to residents, family members and visitors, assist with inventory of nursing supplies, and perform other tasks as requested. This is a full-time role with competitive pay and robust benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience as a health unit coordinator or health information certification.
• Knowledge of medical terminology preferred but not needed.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Accurate and proficient with Windows-based applications.
• Time management skills for working in a fast-paced, multi-task environment.
• PointClickCare experience preferred.

Health Unit Coordinator (HUC) – Full‑Time – Wage Range: $19.31 – $22.10 / hour – Location: 200 Park Ln, Buffalo, MN 55313.

• Provide ongoing customer service to residents, family members and facility visitors.
• Assist in inventory and delivery of nursing supplies.
