Chapel View, a Cassia community in Hopkins, MN, is hiring a Health Unit Coordinator (HUC) to join our team. This full-time role coordinates information and provides administrative support to ensure residents and visitors have the best possible experience.

The ideal candidate has knowledge of medical terminology and prior HUC experience. Shifts are Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–6:00 PM, with a wage range of $22.00–$26.82 per hour depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Accurate and proficient computer skills including Windows-based applications.
• Time management in a fast-paced, multi-task environment.

Responsibilities

• Enter physician’s orders with high degree of accuracy.
• Schedule medical appointments and transportation.
• Maintain electronic medical records for accurate census data.
• Provide ongoing customer service to residents, family members and facility visitors.
• Assist within inventory and delivery of nursing supplies.
• Complete other tasks as requested.

Chapel View, a Cassia community, is hiring a Health Unit Coordinator (HUC) to join our team in Hopkins, MN. At Chapel View, you'll be part of a supportive, mission-driven team that takes pride in making a difference every day for residents and families alike. As a Health Unit Coordinator at Chapel View, you will coordinate information and provide administrative support to our team to ensure our residents and visitors have the best possible experience. Our ideal candidate has a knowledge of medical terminology and prior experience as a Health Unit Coordinator. Position Type: Full-Time, working in long-term care. Shifts Available: Monday through Friday, Day 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM. Wage Range: $22.00 to $26.82 per hour depending on experience. Location: 615 Minnetonka Mills Road, Hopkins, MN 55343.

Health Unit Coordinator (HUC) Responsibilities:

• Enter physician’s orders with high degree of accuracy.
