Job summary

Turtle Creek Casino is seeking a Front of House Manager to oversee daily FOH operations across multiple food and beverage outlets. You will lead outlet supervisors and staff, ensure service quality, profitability, and guest satisfaction, and collaborate with F&B leadership to drive performance.

Responsibilities include developing SOPs, monitoring costs, and mentoring teams to deliver consistent service across restaurants, bars, lounges and gaming-floor amenities.

JOB SUMMARY

The Front of House Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily front of house operations of multiple food and beverage outlets, ensuring consistent quality, profitability, and exceptional guest experiences across all venues. This role provides leadership, direction, and support to outlet supervisors and staff, while maintaining compliance with company policies, health and safety standards, and regulatory requirements. The Front of House Manager will collaborate closely with the Food and Beverage Manager and Executive Chef to drive financial performance, enhance service standards, and achieve departmental goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee the operation and performance of multiple food and beverage outlets, including restaurants, bars, lounges, and gaming floor service.
