Grand Traverse Resort & Casinos in Williamsburg, MI is seeking a Front of House Manager to oversee daily FOH operations across multiple outlets, ensuring quality, profitability, and guest satisfaction. You will guide outlet supervisors and staff while upholding health, safety, and company standards.

Collaborating with F&B leadership and the Executive Chef, you will drive performance, develop SOPs, and mentor teams to maintain exceptional service levels and efficiency across venues.

JOB SUMMARY

The Front of House Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily front of house operations of multiple food and beverage outlets, ensuring consistent quality, profitability, and exceptional guest experiences across all venues. This role provides leadership, direction, and support to outlet supervisors and staff, while maintaining compliance with company policies, health and safety standards, and regulatory requirements. The Front of House Manager will collaborate closely with the Food and Beverage Manager and Executive Chef to drive financial performance, enhance service standards, and achieve departmental goals.
