Job summary

Turtle Creek Casino & Hotel in Williamsburg, MI is seeking a friendly Guest Relations Host to join our part-time team. You will handle merchandise sales, assist guests, greet groups, and participate in promotional events and theme nights.

Responsibilities include cash handling, opening/closing the register, processing sales, answering phones, and safeguarding guest coats. Must be 18+, have a HS diploma or GED, and possess basic math and computer skills. Shift typically Thu–Sun, 2nd shift.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age, with a High School Diploma, a GED or equivalent experience.
• Must possess basic mathematical and computer skills.
• Must have an outgoing, friendly personality.

• Greet guest with a smile and assist guest with promotional information, requested items, and tours.
• Answer phones, forward calls, take messages
• Check and safeguard guest coats and belongings (No purses).
