Job summary

Ryan seeks a Manager, Business Solutions to lead complex, technology-enabled initiatives that support service lines and enterprise platforms. You will oversee solution design, delivery, and governance, coordinating between business stakeholders, clients, and technical teams.

You’ll drive process improvements, data management, and automation initiatives, with emphasis on measurable business outcomes and compliance with firm standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, IS, CS or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5–7 years of experience leading projects or delivering technology-enabled services.
• Experience in consulting, implementation, enterprise systems, data management, or process improvement preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional project initiatives and ensure high-quality delivery.
• Manage project scoping, planning, timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Communicate status, risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans to stakeholders.
• Support business development activities including proposals and client presentations.
