Job summary

Ryan seeks a Manager, Business Solutions to lead and deliver complex, technology-enabled initiatives across service lines and platforms. You will manage cross-functional projects, oversee design and implementation, and ensure high-quality delivery for clients and internal teams.

The role requires coordinating stakeholders, governing projects, and driving operational excellence with measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5–7 years leading projects and delivering technology-enabled services.
• Experience in consulting, implementation, enterprise systems, data management, or process improvement preferred.
• Demonstrated success managing multiple concurrent initiatives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects, scoping, planning, execution, and delivery to align with business objectives.
• Develop and manage work plans, timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
• Proactively communicate status, risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and stakeholder expectations.
• Support business development activities, including proposal design and client presentations.
• Manage financial aspects of projects, including forecasting, billing oversight, and cost controls.
