Job summary

Ryan is seeking a Manager, Business Solutions to lead and deliver complex, technology-enabled business initiatives that support Ryan’s service lines and enterprise platforms. You will manage cross-functional projects, oversee solution design and implementation, and ensure high-quality delivery of client and internal solutions.

The role acts as a strategic liaison between business stakeholders, clients, and technical teams to drive operational excellence and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Leads, mentors, and develops professionals to ensure high performance and continuous growth.
• Manages resource allocation, workload distribution, and performance management.
• Promotes cross-functional collaboration across practices, technology teams, and external partners.
