Job summary

Ryan is seeking a Manager, Business Solutions to lead complex, technology-enabled initiatives across service lines and enterprise platforms. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, guide solution design, and ensure delivery excellence for client and internal initiatives.

The role requires strategic liaison duties between business stakeholders, clients, and tech teams to drive operational improvements and measurable business value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, CS, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5–7 years leading projects or delivering technology-enabled services.
• Experience in consulting, implementation, enterprise systems, data management, or process improvement preferred.
