Job summary

Ryan is seeking a Manager, Business Solutions to lead complex, technology-enabled initiatives that support our service lines and platforms. You will manage cross-functional teams, align business and technical stakeholders, and deliver measurable outcomes.

In this role you will drive governance, design, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support, ensuring data integrity and regulatory compliance across engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business/IT/finance.
• Minimum 5–7 years leading projects or delivering technology-enabled services.
• Experience in consulting, enterprise systems, data management, or process improvement preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional projects and serve as liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Develop and manage project workplans, timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
