Job summary

Ryan is seeking a Manager, Business Solutions to lead complex, technology-enabled initiatives across service lines and enterprise platforms. You will manage cross-functional teams, oversee design and implementation, and ensure high-quality delivery for clients and internal stakeholders.

The role acts as a strategic liaison between business, clients, and technical teams to drive operational excellence and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5–7 years leading projects or delivering technology-enabled services.
• Experience in consulting, implementation, enterprise systems, data management, or tax environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects scoping, planning, and delivery to align with business objectives.
• Develop and manage workplans, timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
• Communicate status, risks, and mitigations to stakeholders.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
• Support business development activities and solution design as applicable.
• Manage financial aspects including forecasting and cost controls.
